WHAT TIME IS THE RECITAL?
7:00 PM

 

WHEN IS DROP-OFF?
Please arrive by 5:45 PM with your dancer in their first costume, with hair and makeup completed.
Entrance will be on 112th Street (not the avenue), with parking available in front of the fitness center.

 

WHEN IS PICK-UP?
Dancers will be dismissed one class at a time immediately following the performance. Please remain seated to ensure a smooth and safe dismissal process.

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Water, dry snacks, and a jacket.

• No colored snacks or drinks

• No tablets or electronic devices

• Spotlight Dance Academy is not responsible for lost items

• Please label all belongings

 

HOW LONG IS THE RECITAL?
Approximately 2 to 2.5 hours

HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets are now available online. We have updated our system for your convenience this year. A link on our website will direct you to the ticket portal, where you can select your seats, complete your purchase online, and receive a digital ticket.

TICKET PRICES:

• General seating: $40

• Floor seating (VIP): $45

 

NEW THIS SEASON: TICKET PRE-SALES
Pre-sale begins May 22 and will be available for one week. Families with a pre-sale code will have early access to secure the best seats for recital day.

• There is no limit to the number of tickets you may purchase during pre-sale.

• However, once you complete your checkout, your code will become inactive.

• If you need additional tickets after using your code (or if your code expires), you must wait until general ticket sales open on June 5.

 

HOW DO I ACCESS THE PRE-SALE?
Use the pre-sale sign-up link below to complete the required form. A $10 payment via Zelle is required.

Once both the completed form and payment are received, you will be emailed a pre-sale code. This code will grant access to ticket purchasing beginning May 22.

 

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET SALES
General ticket sales open online on May 31. At that time, you may purchase any available seats at the listed prices based on the seating map. There is no limit to the number of tickets you may purchase.

All tickets will include a QR code, which can be printed or scanned from your mobile device on the day of the recital for entry. Please note that entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.

NUEVO ESTA TEMPORADA: PREVENTA DE ENTRADAS
La preventa comienza el 22 de mayo y estará disponible durante una semana. Las familias con un código de preventa tendrán acceso anticipado para asegurar los mejores asientos para el día del recital.

• No hay límite en la cantidad de entradas que puede comprar durante la preventa.

• Sin embargo, una vez que complete su compra, su código quedará inactivo.

• Si necesita entradas adicionales después de usar su código (o si su código expira), deberá esperar hasta que la venta general comience el 5 de junio.

 

¿CÓMO ACCEDO A LA PREVENTA?

VENTA GENERAL DE ENTRADAS
La venta general de entradas comienza en línea el 31 de mayo. En ese momento, podrá comprar cualquier asiento disponible al precio correspondiente según el mapa de asientos. No hay límite en la cantidad de entradas que puede comprar.
